Our Registered Nurses (RNs) are PNC-certified. Our Nursing Attendants are trained professionals (often with CNA or diploma backgrounds) who work under the supervision of our head nurses.
A Nursing Attendant (CNA) focuses on the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility. A Registered Nurse (RN) handles clinical tasks like administering injections, complex wound care, and managing IV medications. We provide both to ensure all levels of care are covered.
Our Nursing Attendants can provide medication reminders and help with self-administration. However, only our licensed Registered Nurses are authorized to physically administer injections or manage complex pill rotations.
We have a strict "No-Hassle Replacement" policy. If there is a personality clash or Patient feel uncomfortable with the staff, Just make a call. We will provide a replacement on next Day or ASAP.
