There are many, rational, emotional and medical reasons for moving patients out of hospital ICU and providing them with critical care at home. An ICU at home, in other words. Long stays in the ICU potentially increases the risk of acquiring nonsocial infections, and would delay the start of rehabilitative treatments

We can provide assistance and and respond to your medical needs. Our registered nurse will administer medical care services to you. Our services include:

  • Nursing care for mechanically ventilated patients with Tracheostomy
  • Nursing care for patients on CPAP or BiPAP and/or High Flow Oxygen Therapy

SERVICES OFFERED UNDER CRITICAL CARE PLAN

Based on the treating doctor’s recommendation, a critical care plan is developed for each patient, and the service packages are tailor-made to suit the requirement of the patient and the patient’s family. The service packages offered under the critical care plan include:

  • 12-24 hours of nursing support provided by nurses who have a minimum of 2-years nursing experience and critical care training
  • 12-24 hours of medical caretaker support
  • Visits by physiotherapist
  • Equipment rental, based on requirement – may include a ventilator, suction machine, monitor, hospital bed, etc.
  • Consumables (paid for by the patient) – when available
